Anyone who has tried raspberry jam understands why it is so appreciated all around the world.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of raspberries

  • 50 ml of vinegar or lemon juice

  • 120 ml of grenadine, orange juice, or water

  • 120 ml of liquid pectin

  • 125 g of sugar

Directions

  • Add the raspberries, sugar, grenadine, orange juice or water, and the vinegar or lemon juice to a large saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the raspberries break down, then add the liquid pectin.
  • Continue stirring well over low heat until the jam comes to a boil, develops a creamy consistency, and no longer drips easily from the spoon.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the jam cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy the raspberry jam however you like and store it in a jar or glass container in the refrigerator.
