250 g of raspberries
50 ml of vinegar or lemon juice
120 ml of grenadine, orange juice, or water
120 ml of liquid pectin
125 g of sugar
Directions
- Add the raspberries, sugar, grenadine, orange juice or water, and the vinegar or lemon juice to a large saucepan.

- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the raspberries break down, then add the liquid pectin.
- Continue stirring well over low heat until the jam comes to a boil, develops a creamy consistency, and no longer drips easily from the spoon.

- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the jam cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy the raspberry jam however you like and store it in a jar or glass container in the refrigerator.
