Tangerine jam is one of the most delicious sweet spreads you can enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml tangerine juice (about 10 tangerines, total weight 970 g)

  • 120 ml liquid pectin

  • 50 ml vinegar

  • 200 g sugar

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine the tangerine juice, sugar, and vinegar. Cook over low heat, stirring well, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Add the liquid pectin and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the jam thickens and develops plenty of bubbles.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the jam cool to room temperature. Transfer it to a jar with a lid.
  • Enjoy the jam with your favorite foods. Store it in the refrigerator both before and after opening.
