Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup of milk
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg
Directions
- In a blender add the egg, wheat flour, milk, butter and salt.
Beat until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. - Grease a frying pan with butter or olive oil, place a little of the dough with a ladle and spread it out making light movements with the frying pan over medium or low heat.
- Flip the pancake when it becomes firm and detaches from the pan, brown the other side and transfer to a plate.
- Repeat the process until all the dough is used and the basic pancake dough recipe is ready to be filled with the ingredients of your choice.
