minutesFor your cassava broth to be very creamy and tasty, use these ingredients indicated in the list below and follow the instructions for the preparation method.
Ingredients
150 g bacon
2 kg of cooked cassava (reserves the cooking water)
1 and a half slices of calabrese sausage
2 cloves of crushed garlic
salt to taste
parsley and chives to taste
enough water for the broth
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 150 g of chopped bacon;
- Fry a little;
- Add 1 and a half slices of pepperoni sausage;
- Fry a little;
- Add 2 cloves of squeezed garlic;
- Mix and fry for 1 minute;
- Cook the cassava and reserve its broth;
- In a blender, beat the cassava together with the cooking water (complete approximately 2L of water with mineral or filtered water);
- Transfer the broth to the pan with the bacon and sausage;
- Bring to the fire;
- Add chives and parsley to taste;
- Your cassava broth is ready!
