Ingredients
- Cake
3 eggs
1 and ½ cups of sugar (300g)
½ cup of oil (120ml)
½ cup of 50% chocolate tea
2 and ½ cups all-purpose flour (350g)
1 cup of water (240ml)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Filling
2 cans of condensed milk milk
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
4 tablespoons of 50% chocolate or chocolate
sprinkles to decorate
Directions
- Cake
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs;
- Add 1 and ½ cups of sugar (300g);
- Mix;
- Add ½ cup of oil (120ml) while mixing;
- Add ½ cup of 50% chocolate tea;
- Mix;
- Add 1 cup of water;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix;
- Add 2 and ½ cups of sifted wheat flour (350g);
- Mix;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- Mix;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
- Filling
- In a pan, add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
- Add 4 tablespoons of 50% chocolate or chocolate milk;
- Mix;
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine;
- Add 1 box of cream;
- Mix and bring to the fire until it starts to unglue from the pan;
- Let the brigadier cool;
- Cut the cake in half;
- Drizzle it with chocolate syrup (water, sugar and chocolate milk);
- Add 1 layer of brigadeiro;
- Add the other part of the dough;
- Drizzle with the chocolate syrup;
- Add frosting on top and sides;
- Add granules;
