Ingredients

1.5 kilos of ground beef (I used chuck)
1/2 onion grated
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 cup (200 ml cup) breadcrumbs
chopped green smell to taste
- Filling
300 grams of sliced ham
300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of chopped olives
500 grams of sliced bacon
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) tomato sauce
honey to brush
Directions
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 1.5 kilo of ground beef (I used chuck);
- Add 1/2 grated onion;
- Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
- Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of breadcrumbs;
- Add chopped green smell to taste;
- Mix well;
- In aluminum foil (or plastic, paper or butter), roll out the dough;
- Trim the edges to make them straight;
- Filling
- Add 1 layer of ham;
- Add 1 layer of cheese;
- Add 1 layer of chopped olives;
- roll up;
- In one form, add sliced bacon;
- Add the roulade in the middle;
