Ingredients

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan

  • 100 ml of coconut milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cans of corn

  • 1/2 cup (tea) cornmeal

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Directions

  • In a blender add the eggs, drained corn, coconut milk, grated Parmesan, cornmeal, sugar, butter or margarine and beat for at least 2 minutes. 
    Add the yeast and beat for a few more seconds to mix the dough well.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine and sprinkle cornmeal, pour the dough into it and bake in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for about 50 minutes.
  • Let the pamonha cool at room temperature until warm, run a knife on the sides of the roast to make it easier to unmold and the oven pamonha is ready.Oven pamonha
