To make a delicious red velvet cake, you will need the ingredients listed below. 
Follow the cooking instructions and it will be perfect for birthday parties!


  • Pasta
  • 350g of wheat flour

  • 350g of sugar

  • 200g of butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of 50% chocolate

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • red dye until you get the stitch

  • 350ml of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon

  • Filling
  • 450g of cream cheese

  • 120g of butter

  • 1 and 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence


  • Pasta
  • Add 350ml of milk to a pitcher;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of lemon;
  • Reserve;
  • In a mixer, add 200g of butter;
  • Add 350g of sugar;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 3 eggs while beating;
  • In a bowl, sift 350g of wheat flour;
  • Sift 1 tablespoon of 50% chocolate;
  • Sift 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder;Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence to the mixer;
  • Add the milk and the sifted ingredients while beating (a little of each until you run out and beat well);
  • Add red food coloring to the point;
  • Mix;
  • Line a shape with parchment paper;
  • Add the dough in the form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
  • Filling
  • In the mixer, add 450g of cream cheese;
  • Add 120g of butter;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence;
  • Beat some more;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup icing sugar;
  • Hit more;
  • Take it to the fridge;
  • Mounting
  • Cut the dough into 3 parts;
  • Add stuffing between them;
  • Place in the freezer for 1 or 2 hours;
  • Add a thin layer of stuffing on top and sides;
  • Decorate with the bran of the cake itself;
