Ingredients
1 box of condensed milk
4 full tablespoons of corn starch
200ml of coconut milk
500ml of milk
- Caramel
1/2 cup (tea) hot water
1 cup (tea) of sugar
100 grams of dried plum
Directions
- In a pan add the cornstarch, milk and stir until dissolved.Â
Take to medium fire, add the condensed milk, coconut milk and mix until homogenized. - Transfer the mixture to a greased shape, wait to cool and take it to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- To make the caramel, place the sugar and hot water in a pan and bring to a boil.Â
Mix well and when it boils add the prunes. - Unmold the white manjar on a plate or platter, add and spread the caramelized syrup on top and the dessert is ready to serve.
