Ingredients
300 g mixed fresh mushrooms
4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Fresh thyme, to taste
Directions
- Clean the mushrooms with a brush and a paper towel. Slice them to your preferred size.

- Transfer the sliced mushrooms to a large skillet or wok. Add the olive oil and toss well to coat evenly.
- Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms begin to soften and release some of their moisture. Reduce the heat to medium.

- Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sesame oil, mix well, and remove from the heat.
- Garnish with fresh thyme to taste. Your teriyaki mushrooms are ready to serve.
