Ingredients

  • 50 g grated mozzarella cheese

  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 carton (200 g) heavy cream

  • 2 carton measures (240 g) sour tapioca starch

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the sour tapioca starch, grated mozzarella, grated Parmesan, heavy cream, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Knead the mixture by hand until the dough is smooth, uniform, and easy to shape. Roll the dough into small balls and arrange them side by side on a baking tray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cheese breads have puffed up and are golden brown.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes at room temperature. Remove the cheese breads from the baking tray, and they are ready to serve.
