Made with just 3 ingredients, this bread pudding recipe is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 5 stale French breads

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 600 ml of milk

  • Sugar for the syrup

Directions

  • Roughly chop the stale French breads and place in a blender. 
    Add the milk, sugar and beat the ingredients for about 3 minutes.
  • Melt the sugar in a pudding mold over low heat until it forms a caramelized syrup and wait for it to cool. 
    Then pour in the pudding mixture.
  • Cover completely with aluminum foil and place the mold inside a larger pan with hot water. 
    Put the lid on and place over medium heat to cook for about an hour and 20 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 
    Carefully unmold onto a platter or plate and the bread pudding is ready to serve.
