Whether you eat it by the spoonful or fill cakes and other desserts, Baba Babe is irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 4 gems

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cup of water (tea)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

Directions

  • In a pan add the water, sugar and lead to low fire. 
    Turn off when lifting boil and start to thicken and set aside to cool. 
    Add the yolks, mix and lead to the low fire again.
  • Combine the milk with the cornstarch in a bowl and mix until dissolved. 
    Add to the pan with the other ingredients and stir non-stop over low heat until it becomes consistent and easily comes off the bottom of the pan when using a spoon.
  • Transfer the cream to a container of your choice and wait for it to cool at room temperature, or if you prefer, take it to the fridge for a few hours and the baby drool recipe is ready.
