Ingredients
400 grams of clean shrimp
200 grams of diced mozzarella
200 grams of diced ham
2 boxes of sour cream
1 cup of cottage cheese (200 grams)
1 can of peas
1/2 lemon
salt to taste
straw potato to taste
Cooked rice to taste
green smell to taste
Black pepper to taste
Sliced ​​or grated mozzarella to taste
Butter or oil for cooking the prawns
Directions
- Season the cleaned shrimp with the juice of 1/2 lemon, black pepper and salt to taste.Â
Mix well and let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.Â
After marinating the prawns, preheat a pan with butter or oil, add the prawns and sauté them quickly without stopping to stir. - Add the peas, cottage cheese and cream.Â
Cook a little more, mixing well, then add the ham and diced mozzarella.Â
Let it cook for another 1 or 2 minutes, stirring constantly.Â
